    Frogburger
    by Jane Starz

This started out as a medieval dress, but it mated with fantasy. This outfit consists of two pieces - not counting the clogs - and is surprisingly comfortable to wear as it is made completely of linen. The base dress is a medieval dress of approx. 12th or 13th century Europe. It is constructed with french seams and hand-hemmed. The sleeves are lined with a lighter shade of orange-red and the keyhole neckline also has orange-red detail. Over this, I wear a fitted, darted, long coat that is nowhere near historically correct. The brown pieces are sewed on at the neckline and the mandarin collar is stiffened to stay up. Because of its awesome waist it\'s quite flattering. The frogs are what gave this outfit its name: Brick-red-frog-burger, more commonly known as Frogburger.
