  • The Far Meadow
    The Far Meadow
    by Destiny Lauritsen

Having spent the majority of my life wandering hillsides barefoot, I feel more than a little out of place now living in a crowded city. It has its benefits but I miss my open fields and sky... However, every time we get a windstorm in town, all I have to do is close my eyes and I'm right back in the far meadow, trying to get home before it rains. At least the wind here is the same!
