By reading this page, you've already discovered the most major of this month's news: the release of EMG-Zine! I hope everyone gets a lot of enjoyment and education out of it. Submissions to the Ellen Million Graphics Storefront

Coming up later in the month, submissions to the EMG Storefront will be open - very briefly. For two weeks, 15 January - 31 January, I will be accepting new artwork for review. My nifty new site backend is not entirely complete, so I still have to add work in a relatively manual fashion, hence the very short submission window. Complete details on submitting will be available from this page starting 7 January.

Shipping costs!

For all branches of EMG, shipping cost changes are a-coming. You may be aware that the USPS is hiking up their prices starting 8 January. At that point, or very shortly after, I will be adjusting prices to cover my costs. Stay tuned! Depending on how clever I am with coding, you may see a new shopping cart that calculates shipping costs based on how much your order weighs. I've used a flat rate shipping fee for a long time now, and have found that since I added t-shirts (which are relatively bulky and heavy) to my line, it hasn't always worked in my favor.

New Portrait Adoption site and membership

The new Portrait Adoption site is coming together beautifully, but due to the complexity of the coding, still hasn't been released to the public. We're getting close! The new features fill me with glee, and you'll agree that it was worth the wait. General submissions to Portrait Adoption are still closed, but I am accepting new members again.
