  • April 2011 -- Wind
    by Jennifer Broschinsky

Welcome to the April 2011 issue of EMG-Zine, where our theme is Wind.

In this month's issue, Ursula talks about finishing big projects (and hers in particular), Missy walks us through using watercolor pencils on a finished piece, Jenny Heidewald examines how to depict wind in visual art, Constanza interviews artist Liiga Smilshkalne, and M. G. Ellington talks about rebuilding your online audience. We also have lots of Wind-themed poetry and art. Enjoy!

If you would like to submit work for our June issue, the theme is Jewels. Please read the guidelines before submitting.

Jennifer Broschinsky has, since her youth, filled her sketchbooks with things feathered and furred, winged and scaled. She is currently working on a sequential art story called Songseeker, and is working on raising three sons.
